Starting something new can feel intimidating — especially when it comes to movement. If you’re wondering what really happens in your first class at Aura Lab, here’s a simple breakdown so you can walk in feeling calm and confident.
1. The beginning - arriving & connecting
Every class starts gently.
Before we move, we arrive. This means taking a few minutes to settle in, breathe, and connect the mind with the body. It’s a transition from your busy day into intentional movement.
This part helps:
Slow down the nervous system
Improve focus
Prepare your body to move safely
You’re not expected to know anything - just to breathe and be present.
2. The warm-up
Next, we gradually warm up the body.
This phase activates:
Core muscles
Stabilizers
Mobility
Movements are controlled and guided. The goal isn’t intensity - it’s awareness and preparation.
3. The main part – strength & flow
This is where the work happens.
Depending on the class type, you’ll focus on:
Core strength
Glutes and posture muscles
Slow, controlled sculpting movements
It may feel challenging, but in a steady, structured way. You move with intention, not rush. And yes, shaking muscles are completely normal.
4. The ending – relaxation & reset
Every class finishes with a moment to slow down again.
We bring in:
Breathwork
Gentle stretches
Relaxation
Calming sounds
This final part allows your body to absorb the work and your mind to fully unwind. Many clients say this is their favorite moment — when the body feels strong, but the mind feels quiet.
Your first class isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up.
At Aura Lab, every session follows a thoughtful structure - beginning, build-up, strength, and reset - so you leave feeling balanced, not exhausted.
